TAGLIATELLE WITH SMOKED SALMON

Easy and fast dish, excellent for a mid-week dinner with your family.

Ingredients:
  1. Tagliatelle 500 g
  2.  Whipping cream (full fat) – 250 ml
  3.  2 ripe tomatoes (peeled and blended)
  4.  2 big onions
  5.  2 gloves of garlic
  6. A pinch of paprika
  7. Smoked salmon 150 mg – cut in small pieces
  8. Roughly chopped parsley for serving
  9. 3 table spoons of olive oil
Steps:
  1.  Cook the tagliatelle 2 minutes less than it is written on pack.
  2.  Heat the saucepan and add olive oil.
  3.  Put the finely chopped onions and smashed garlic, add a pinch of paprika.
  4.  As soon as the onions become golden, add the blended tomatoes and cook for another 5 min.
  5.  Add the whipping cream and stir occasionally until the sauce becomes homogenous.
  6.  Strain the tagliatelle and add to the sauce, cook for another 2 min.
  7.  Put the salmon pieces in the pasta and switch off the heat.

It is ready! Just add parsley  and call everybody  to share the dish.
