14 Απρ TAGLIATELLE WITH SMOKED SALMON
Easy and fast dish, excellent for a mid-week dinner with your family.
Ingredients:
- Tagliatelle 500 g
- Whipping cream (full fat) – 250 ml
- 2 ripe tomatoes (peeled and blended)
- 2 big onions
- 2 gloves of garlic
- A pinch of paprika
- Smoked salmon 150 mg – cut in small pieces
- Roughly chopped parsley for serving
- 3 table spoons of olive oil
Steps:
- Cook the tagliatelle 2 minutes less than it is written on pack.
- Heat the saucepan and add olive oil.
- Put the finely chopped onions and smashed garlic, add a pinch of paprika.
- As soon as the onions become golden, add the blended tomatoes and cook for another 5 min.
- Add the whipping cream and stir occasionally until the sauce becomes homogenous.
- Strain the tagliatelle and add to the sauce, cook for another 2 min.
- Put the salmon pieces in the pasta and switch off the heat.
It is ready! Just add parsley and call everybody to share the dish.
