STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

Beautiful, airy and pink dessert. Very kids friendly.

Ingredients: STRAWBERRY MOUSSE1

  1. Strawberries 500 g
  2. Gelatin -15 g
  3. Sugar -100 g
  4. Whipping cream (full fat) 300ml

 

Steps:

  1.  Put the gelatine in apan and add 5 table spoons of water. Let it absorb the water -15min STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 2
  2.  Strawberries with sugar are going into the blender to become a smooth homogeneous mass STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 3
  3.  Beat the whipping cream until it makes peaks STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 4
  4.  Put the pan with gelatine on low heat until thegelatine is dissolved. Do not boil STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 5
  5.  Add the strawberry mass to the gelatine STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 6
  6.  With very accurate movements add the whipping cream to the mass STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 7
  7.  Pure into serving glasses and transfer to the fridge for a couple of hours until it becomes cold STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 8

 

During eating of this desert, please remember that Strawberries are a very light fruit !STRAWBERRY MOUSSE9
