07 Μαρ RUSSIAN PANCAKES: AMAZING FOOD
It’s amazing and universal food which can be served with many different sweet or savoury fillings according to your preferences. And what is very important it is very time friendly recipe.
We need
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 500 ml fresh cream
- 100 mg sugar
- pint of salt
- and approximately 2 – 2,5 cups of flour
Its for 15-20 pancakes depending on the pan diameter
Steps:
-In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, milk and fresh cream, add sugar and salt. Add the flour and mix until you reach the consistency of fresh cream.
-Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the mixture using approximately 1/2 scoop for each pancake. Tilt the pan from side to side while pouring, forming a circle with the mixture.
-Turn the pancake over with a thin spatula, after the surface looks porous and the sides are golden. After turning over cook another 1-2 min until it become golden.
They are ready. Serve hot, add your favorite topping and Voila
