MASCARPONE CREAM WITH STRAWBERRIES

Saturday afternoon coffee on open air with very girlish pinky desert!

Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients:

1.Mascarpone cheese – 500 g
2.Powdered sugar – 100 – 150 g
3.Whipping cream (full fat) -200 ml
4.Strawberries – 500 g
5.Egg whites – 4
6.Pinch of vanillin
7.Some of your favorite biscuits – 3

Steps:

We will need an electric mixer.

Whip separately each component – it’s important to get a fluffy result.

1. First whip the egg whites until they make stiff peaks. Use cold eggs, as they are making more stable “hills”. After it’s done, add powdered sugar.

2. Separately beat the whipping cream.

3. Separately whisk mascarpone cheese with a pinch of vanillin.

4. Carefully mix mascarpone cheese with the whipping cream and add the beaten egg whites with smooth movements. This step we should do manually.

5. Blend half quantity of strawberries (if they are sour add 2 soup spoons of powdered sugar).

6. Cut the other half of strawberries in fine pieces.

7. Put some of the cut strawberries on the bottom of glass.

8. Full the 1/3 of glass with blended strawberries mass.

9. Add mascarpone cream and send this beauty in fridge for 3-4 hours.

10. Add some strawberries and crushed biscuits. Eat, do not count calories and get all the pleasure!
