For a meaty moodSaturday evening, a delicious sin combined with a glass of heavy fruity flavored Shiraz. Exceptional feelings – guaranteed!
-Ingredients:

- Lamb chops, uncut Dear vegetarians forgive me!!
- 8 garlic gloves
- 3 branches of rosemary
- 5 table spoons of oil
- 2table spoons of butter
-Steps:
Preparing the butter mixture:
Smash together 2 gloves of garlic, some rosemary leaves and a pinch of salt.
As soon as it gives a nice juice, add 1table spoon of butter (at room temperature) and mix well.
- Put a large sauté pan over high heat. Add oil to coat the bottom of pan.
- Put 5-6 garlic gloves with the skin(not cleaned) and 1-2 branches of rosemary.
- Add the lamp chops in one layer and fry until a golden colour is achieved, 3-4 min for each side.
- Add 1 table spoon butter and cook for another 4-5 min on each side.
- Do not forget to sizzle the meat with oil during the cooking.
- When it is ready, put the meat in a pan appropriate for oven and anoint with the butter mixture.
- Put meat in preheated oven 200C for another 3min.
